[ He tugs Kaveh down over him, rubbing his back gently as he kisses his forehead. ]

You did well. You should rest after all that. I do not want to move much myself at least for the next few hours even if we should probably get up to take a bath eventually.

[ But that requires leaving his cozy spot being crushed by Kaveh's chest. ]

Did you have fun with the small adventure I planned for us?

…course I had fun. I always have fun with you. I just… I just like spending time together. [ he nuzzles him weakly. ] And, yeah, rest sounds… it sounds really nice. I exhausted. I think I might have gone overboard.

Me too, but I am glad you enjoyed it.

[ He wraps them both up in the blankets and hugs Kaveh, staying tightly squeezed in with him like a hand roll as he shuts his eyes. ]

We can have a proper bath after some rest, and I can give you a massage.

...course, [ he shuts his eyes and sighs contentedly. ] a'course I enjoyed it. [ he dots little kisses wherever he can before opening his eyes and smiling at sunday. ] I love my boyfriend. [ and then he's settling back in. ] A bath does sound nice. A hot bath with a lot of soapy bubbles.

Mm...I will dream of it and you until morning. Sleep well.

[ He starts to drift himself, giving in to his own exhaustion. ]

[ kaveh falls asleep almost instantly... enjoying the warm embrace of his boyfriend as they regain some strength together. eventually he comes to, a few hours having provided him with enough strength to move. he carefully leaves the bed, so he can head into the bathroom to begin drawing them a nice warm & relaxing bath. ]

[ He slowly wakes up when he hears the water running, trying to gracefully roll out of the bed...he mostly rolls onto the ground and is glad Kaveh did not see that as he groans. He thinks he overdid on the sex...no regrets, though his nose hurts now.

Wait, where is Kaveh? ]

Kaveh?

I’m in the bathroom! [ he calls out, poking his head into the bedroom… only to find sunday on the floor. ] Are you, are you okay?

Slightly bruised, but I will live.

[ He stands up slowly and holds the wall as he makes it to the bathroom. ]

Are you feeling all right? You usually wake up after I do.

I'm fine. I'm feeling refreshed and reinvigorated after such a good sleep. [ and fuck. ] And n- not always.

Most of the time. Do you want company? I think I will feel more alive after a good bath myself.

[ he huffs from the other room. ] And sure, if you’d like. I can make some room. [ he sits up in the tub and spreads his legs, so Sunday can fit himself right in between. ]

[ He climbs in between Kaveh's legs so he can sit and lean back against him. He snuggles backwards, lightly stroking Kaveh's knees. ]

I should not linger too long. I still have to clean the apartment when I return and organize everything since I left it in a rather disarrayed state.

Are you sure? [ he drapes his arms around sunday, holding him in place against his chest. ] I'm sure it's not in that bad of shape? But if it really is, then I can lend you a hand...

I appreciate it, but I have to clean it a certain way. I do not want to subject you or Mehrak to my specific standards, and it does help me relieve stress.

If... If you're sure. I know Mehrak wouldn't mind. He wants to spend some more time with you.

I could take him along if you want us to have quality time together. I am sure you and Alhaitham could use the occasional break and privacy, and I do not mind having a non-judgmental companion of sorts.

...that's up to you. I'm not going to make you. [ ... ] If I could find Alhaitham, but I guess he's probably at the library. Again. [ he heaves a small sigh, rubbing his fingers through his hair as he turns his head aside. ] Ah, well, Mehrak can be a little judgey. B- But don't let that dissuade you. He's great.

[ He frowns at that, sitting up a little straighter. ]

Has he been missing? Do you know if he is still in this world?

He's not missing. His contact is still in this otherworldly device, but... he comes & goes so frequently that I haven't really gotten to spend any time with him. [ he tries not to look too bothered. ] B- But! I still want you to spend some time with Mehrak.

Ah, maybe a surprise candlelit dinner in the library might motivate him to come around to a bit of romance or surprising him when he's home with something you know he likes. You could wear something really elegant...or scandalous if that is more to his tastes?

...and if he doesn't show, then I'll look and feel like an idiot. I... I appreciate it, Sunday. I do. I just... he can do his own thing right now. Maybe he needs a bit of space. I'll be fine. I think I just want to... [ be alone right now too. ] take a little time to myself. To draw and... maybe find some new inspiration. Please take Mehrak and enjoy yourself. [ he gives him a small smile. ] And... maybe I'll spend all that time and prep work on you. [ so a trip to the store too. ]

Of course. I will let you have some quiet time.

[ He gives Kaveh a wet kiss on the forehead before standing up and climbing out so he can dry himself. He's still worried, but he doesn't want to pester Kaveh too much about it if he's feeling down. Hopefully, the two of them can resolve their troubles together. ]

I will bring you some snacks later when I am done cleaning everything from top to bottom. Probably some chocolate croissants from the bakery.

...that sounds real nice, Sunday. I'll see if I can't figure out something tasty to make for dinner. [ he doesn't just want to be a sad sack all day. ] And thank you, ...for trying to help, but also for... letting Mehrak tag along. He likes you just as much as I do.

I am glad he does. I enjoy his company too. [ Even if he has no idea what Mehrak is saying, but he does summon the toolbox. ] Come on. Let us do some work and give your Father some alone time for a bit. We will all reunite later.
